Do you want to know one of the things I hate about dieting? Not being able to enjoy a good glass of wine when the mood hits you. When I started watching my calories I cringed at just how much of my allowed calories would be taken if I had a glass. Since wine is so good for you  (and yummy), I knew I had to find a good solution for when I wanted a good alcoholic drink. Luckily, I recently found the perfect solution – Skinnygirl Cocktails.

Skinnygirl Cocktails: Spicy Lime Margarita

Looking for a fun drink with a bit of a kick without the extra calories? If so, we think you will love Skinnygirl’s Spicy Lime Margarita. This new margarita drink is the perfect balance of natural flavors, like cool lime and spicy chili. This mix is also made using premium blue agave silver tequila. Just pour over ice to have a festive, guilt free margarita! Personally, I thought this was a delightful, flavorful margarita. Normally I am not into spicy drinks but this one seem to be the right mix of sweet and spicy, making it perfect for just about anyone, especially someone who loves more sweet alcoholic beverages. Based on my own experience, I am happy to give the Spicy Lime Margarita an A rating!

Skinnygirl Cocktails: Pinot Noir

Looking for a great wine that is perfect for any date night or enjoyed with a good book? Is so, we think you will like Skinnygirl’s Pinot Noir wine. this wine has notes of juicy fruits and toasted oak, with a bit of  bite of dark cherry and vanilla. With just 100 calories per serving, it is perfect for wine drinkers who want a tasteful wine without the added calories. While I am normally not a fan of Pinot Noir, I have to say this is a pretty good wine. It does have a nice mix of sweet and tartness, making it a great relaxing wine or a complementary dinner wine. Based on our own experience, I am happy to give this Pinot Noir wine an A rating.

I’ve never tried these before. I do love a margartia. I’m not sure about the spicy chili flavoring. I would try some of the other flavors though.
