Do you know someone who has a gluten allergy? Sometimes it’s hard cooking for someone with an allergy, especially if it’s someone visiting your home. Since we have family members with severe allergies, I would rather be safe than sorry by having a variety of things in my home that I can cook quickly AND don’t have some of the most well known allergens. Really, I have to say I was impressed with this mix. It is very easy to make, uses simple, kitchen staple ingredients, and best of all, it tastes great. I will be the first to admit, sometimes allergy friendly foods can be scary since they substitute so many ingredients you end up with a recipe that doesn’t really taste right. While the texture isn’t exactly like traditional flour cookies, it does have a great flavor and has to be the best gluten free cookies I have had to date. Based on our own experience with these cookies, we are happy to give Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix from The Pure Pantry an A rating!

This is the first I’ve heard of the Pure Pantry. I’d love to taste their Oatmeal Spice cookies! You’re right, it can be hard to find quick/easy things to cook for people with allergies!

Those sound pretty good. I’d also like to try the sugar cookies. Those are a favorite of mine.
