I want to try that pizza the most because it looks so different from what I would expect from a St. Patrick’s Day dinner recipe. The corned beef is our traditional meal for that day in our family, but maybe it is time to try something new. Pinned them both! Thank you.

I can only eat corned beef if it’s very lean. My favorite is a Rueben sandwich. We have those maybe once or twice a year.

I don’t have any original St. Paddy’s recipes. The traditional Corn Beef and Cabbage is what I will be making. I only make it once a year on St. Paddy’s Day so it has become special and something everyone looks forward too.

hi, thanks for the recipes, especially ‘slow cooker corned beef’. the last time i made one in my slow cooker, it pretty much came out like a hunk of rubber. i plan on fixing that…lol.

Hi Margaret, more than likely the heat was too high or there wasn’t enough fat on the corned beef itself. While it may make the water look nasty, that is one of the trick to get it nice and juicy.
